The Covet House company was where I did my master's internship with the goal of improving the processes and UX of the online store using the Design Thinking Methodology.

This was my first work experience in the e-Commerce area and it allowed me to gain experience and knowledge about this area and all the areas that complement e-Commerce.

After the conclusion of the internship the company considered the work done very satisfactory and I was hired to manage the online store, being the only person working in this department.

Results

After 1 year of work, the online shop results where the following:

  • Profit increased in 350%
  • SEO results improved from avg. 457 entries/year (2020) to 3785 entries/year (April 2021 to April 2022)
  • Avg Session Time increased in 40s;
  • +12k visits;
  • Bounce Rate decreased 4%;
